Returns
We are happy to accept returns of items purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving your parcel, provided the item is returned unused, in the same condition and in its original packaging.
Please email us at sylvesteretc@outlook.com to arrange a return. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover postage costs for the return or offer a refund on the original shipping cost.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will assess your return upon receipt and notify you via email whether we will be able to approve a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund of payment
If you are issued a refund, this should reach you within 10 working days to your original method of payment.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
We are very sorry if your item has arrived damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item. If that is the case, please send us an email at sylvesteretc@outlook.com within 5 days of receiving your package.
Can we kindly request you include images of the damaged item and packaging, so we can make sure this doesn’t happen again. We will reship the item out to you free of charge in the event the item was damaged in transit or through a manufacturing error.
Should the item look damaged through fair wear and tear or after delivery, we will be unable to arrange a replacement or refund.
